Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan, as well as major credit/debit cards and online payment methods for both Pakistan and Canada.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at mistico.by.di@gmail.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.
Shipping
Do you ship to Pakistan and Canada?
Yes, we ship to both Pakistan and Canada.
What are the shipping rates in Pakistan?
Karachi: PKR 250 flat rate. All other cities: PKR 350 flat rate.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Karachi orders may arrive sooner.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (Pakistan)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for all orders within Pakistan.
Are there any extra charges for COD?
No additional charges apply for Cash on Delivery orders.
What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at mistico.by.di@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
Product & Quality
What fabrics do you use?
We use premium quality fabrics selected for their softness, drape, and durability. Each product listing includes specific fabric details.
How do I care for my hijab?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the quality and shape of your hijab.
Are your colours true to the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
